MARSHALL — Drivers in Marshall should be aware of another new change to traffic starting today. Representatives of R and G Construction said the intersection of West Redwood street and East College Drive downtown will be closed starting Tuesday for paving work. At the same time, the intersection of West Lyon Street and East College Drive will be opened to allow traffic to cross.
