CANBY -- Visitation for Donna Mae (Mathisen) Dosland will be from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, with a prayer service to follow at the Houseman Funeral Home, Birk Chapel in Canby. Donna will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband, Bill, at Riverside Cemetery in Fargo, N.D. In lieu of flowers or gifts of money, the family requests that memorials in Donna's honor be directed to Sanford Hospice at Canby.
She died peacefully Saturday, Oct. 17, 2026, at her home in Canby.
She was born Nov. 14, 1932, in Duluth, to Sverre and Nellie (Fenstad) Mathisen
Survivors include her brother, John Mathisen; children, David Dosland and Susan Kamrath; six grandchildren; and her nine great grandchildren.
