The Marshall Education Association, the proud union of nearly 200 Marshall Public Schools teachers and counselors, encourages Marshall voters to elect Julie Allen, Sara Brink, and Nathan Green to the Marshall School Board.
Julie Allen was a teacher at Park Side elementary for over 30 years. She knows from first hand experience what teachers need to best reach our students.
Sara Brink, during her first term on the board, sought to understand the needs of our students and educators. She has visited our schools during the school day to see how she can best support students.
Nathan Green is a Marshall High School graduate, a local farmer, and Iraq War veteran. He is a father of school-aged children, a community advocate, and a proud supporter of our Marshall Tigers.
During this time of budget reductions for our schools, it is crucial that we have engaged, knowledgeable, and effective leaders who ask questions, listen to the community, and put students first.
There are three seats open on the board. The teachers and counselors of Marshall Public Schools, the adults who work with our community's children every day, encourage you to vote for Allen, Brink, and Green.
