Mensink’s hot shooting paces Marshall to win over Willmar

Prep boys basketball roundup Dec. 5, 2023

WILLMAR — Cooper Mensink was on fire from 3-point range on Tuesday night, knocking down four of his six attempts from long range to put together a 25-point outing and lead the Marshall boys basketball team to an 85-51 road win over Willmar on Tuesday night.

Mensink wasn’t the only Tiger whose shots were falling from long range. Braxton Koster knocked down three from behind the arc while Jackson Baynard hit another two 3-pointers.
