LOWER SIOUX COMMUNITY–Patricia Ann (Dow) Northrup, Dakota name: Anpao Wáste Win (meaning Beautiful Daybreak woman), age 76 of Lower Sioux Community, passed away suddenly on Friday, June 26, 2026 at CentraCare St. Cloud Hospital. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at the Canasayapi Rec Center on the Lower Sioux. Visitation will take place 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 30 at Redwood Valley Funeral Home and will continue 1 hour prior to the services on Wednesday at the church. Interment will be in the St. Cornelia’s Episcopal Cemetery.
