LOWER SIOUX COMMUNITY -- Services for Patricia Ann (Dow) Northrup, Dakota name: Anpao Wáste Win (meaning Beautiful Daybreak woman), 76, of Lower Sioux Community will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Canasayapi Rec Center on the Lower Sioux. Visitation will take place 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Redwood Valley Funeral Home and will continue one hour prior to the services Wednesday at the church. Survivors include her children, Tony Dow of Redwood Falls, Lorna Dow of Lower Sioux, Calvin Dow and Aaron Northrup, both of Redwood Falls, James Northrup III, Matthew Northrup, Joseph Northrup, Lucas Reynolds and Coco Reynolds, all of Sawyer; many grand and great-grandchildren, brothers, Dale Weston of Newport, and Dugan Dow of Lower Sioux.
