MARSHALL — Multiple area teams earned their section tournament seedings for baseball on Wednesday. Here’s a look at the opening round:

Section 3A

In the North bracket, MACCRAY earned the No. 1 seed and will have a first-round bye. They will face the winner of No. 4 seed Renville County West and No. 5 Central Minnesota Christian on Saturday at 2 p.m. in Raymond after RCW and CMCS play each other at noon Saturday in Raymond.

Yellow Medicine East earned the No. 2 seed and will face No. 7 Canby at home on Saturday at 11 a.m. The winner will face the winner of No. 3 seed Lac qui Parle Valley and No. 6 Dawson-Boyd on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. in Granite Falls after LQPV and DB play each other at 1 p.m. Saturday in Granite Falls.

In the South bracket, Wabasso earned the No. 1 seed and will face No. 8 Lakeview at 11 a.m. on Saturday at home. The winner will face the winner of No. 4 Red Rock Central and No. 5 Murray County Central at 3:30 p.m. Saturday in Wabasso after RRC/WWG and MCC play each other at 1 p.m. Saturday in Wabasso.

Russell-Tyler-Ruthton earned the No. 2 seed and will face No. 7 Edgerton/Southwest Minnesota Christian at 11 a.m. on Saturday at home. The winner will face the winner of No. 3 Minneota and No. 6 Adrian/Ellsworth at 3:30 p.m. Saturday in Ruthton after Minneota and Adrian/Ellsworth play each other at 1 p.m. Saturday in Ruthton.

Section 3AA

In the South bracket, Luverne earned the No. 1 seed and will have a first-round bye. They will face the winner of No. 4 seed Pipestone Area and No. 5 Windom Area on Saturday at 2 p.m. in Luverne after Pipestone and Windom play each other at noon Saturday in Luverne.

Fairmont earned the No. 2 seed and will face No. 7 Tracy-Milroy-Balaton at home on Saturday at 11 a.m. The winner will face the winner of No. 3 Jackson County Central and No. 6 St. James Area at 3:30 p.m. Saturday in Fairmont after JCC and St. James play each other at 1 p.m. Saturday in Fairmont.
