MARSHALL — The Southwest Minnesota State University women’s swimming & diving team, following a three-week break, returns to competition this weekend at the three-day Rochester Invitational in Rochester.

The invite, with 15 teams expected to compete, will be held at the eight-lane, 50-meter Rochester Recreation Center Natatorium. The meet will begin today at 5 p.m., while prelims on Saturday start at 9:30 a.m. with the finals at 5 p.m. Sunday’s prelim action starts at 9 a.m. with the finals set to start at 5 p.m.

SMSU, which last competed on Nov. 15, following a 143-133 victory over Northern State, is 3-2 in dual meets this season.
