Vendor show, Orchestra concert this weekend in Marshall

MARSHALL — A chance to support Habitat for Humanity, and a classical concert featuring several special guests, are both going on this weekend in Marshall. The public can check out the Picker’s Paradise Spring Vendor Show at the Red Baron Arena and Expo both today and Sunday. And on Sunday afternoon, the Southwest Minnesota Orchestra will be performing “Mozart Mania,” its final concert of the season.

Spring Vendor Show

Vintage and repurposed items, food and a silent auction will all be at the Red Baron Arena and Expo on Saturday, as part of the Picker’s Paradise Spring Vendor Show. Shoppers can check out everything from antiques to crafts, while also helping to support Habitat for Humanity of Redwood River.

Proceeds of a silent auction at the show will go toward Habitat for Humanity’s mission of building homes for those in need, event organizers said. Food and beverages will also be available for purchase at the show.

The Vendor Show will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, and from 10 a.m to 3 p.m. Sunday, at the Red Baron Arena and Expo. Admission is $3 per person, with free admission for kids age 12 and under. A ticket purchase also gets visitors a chance to win a door prize.
