MARSHALL — A hit-and-run incident reported at 6:26 p.m. Saturday on the 1500 block of East College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A juvenile male from Marshall was arrested for DWI, underage consumption, open bottle and underage drinking and driving at 1:43 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of West Main Street and West College Drive, Marshall Police said. He was released to a responsible adult, Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 19, was arrested for violating the conditions of his release at 1:55 p.m. Friday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said. The man was held for court at the Lyon County Jail, Police said.
