COTTONWOOD — A 20-year-old man was cited for having a dog at large, in an incident at 4:08 p.m. Sunday on the 300 block of Front Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 7:33 a.m. Sunday on the 600 block of West Lyon Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A hit and run incident was reported at 12:03 p.m. Saturday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — A 35-year-old woman was cited for speeding at 9:29 a.. Saturday at the intersection of 210th Avenue and Lyon County Road 8, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

RUSSELL — A 37-year-old woman was cited for speeding at 8:34 a.m. Saturday on Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — Threats reported at 2:01 p.m. Friday on the 600 block of West Lyon Street are under investigation, Marshall Police said.
