Crime for March 20

GHENT — Parties were separated in an incident reported at 8:25 p.m. Wednesday on Minnesota Highway 68, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said. A 20-year-old man was served a trespass notice, and a 39-year-old woman was cited for failure to drive with due care, the sheriff’s department said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of charges on a 25-year-old male, who was also served a no trespass order, in a damage to property incident reported at 7:26 p.m. Wednesday on the 1300 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A male party was arrested for trespassing in an incident reported at 12:04 a.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A hit-and-run incident was reported at 12:24 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Third Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
