WABASSO — A water treatment project in the city of Wabasso is temporarily on pause due to “unforeseen circumstances,” a post on the city’s social media said this week. On Friday, Wabasso City Attorney Matt Novak said he could not provide more detailed information at that time on why the project was paused.
