‘Northern Lights: Music for a Minnesota Winter’ Dec. 5 The SMSU Men’s Glee Club and Bella Voce, directed by Stephen Kingsbury, will perform “Northern Lights: Music for a Minnesota Winter,” at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5, at First Lutheran Church in Marshall. The concert is free and open to the public.

‘Red State Christians’ author to present Thursday at CRC Author Angela Denker released a book called: “Red State Christians: Understanding the Voters Who Elected Donald Trump” Aug. 6. She will give a presentation at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Campus Religious Center at Southwest Minnesota State University. Denker spent a year on the road traveling the country interviewing why individuals (specifically Christians) were drawn to Donald Trump. Area schools receive educational materials from Delta Dental of Minnesota Foundation Marshall area schools are participating in Delta Dental of Minnesota Foundation’s Smiles@School program, which provides first-graders across Minnesota with tools to help them care for their teeth.
