BELVIEW — A Redwood Falls man was killed in a crash as he was being pursued by law enforcement Saturday near Belview, the Redwood County Sheriff’s Office said. Francis Albert Rohlik, 64, was pronounced dead at the scene after his vehicle left the roadway and rolled near the intersection of County Road 7 and 400th Street near Belview, the Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
