Marshall 6, Andover 1 ANDOVER — Eli Alcorn’s strong start on the mound helped the Marshall baseball team remain undefeated in its Friday non-conference matchup against Andover. Alcorn threw 4 1/3 no-hit innings for the Tigers, and the Marshall bats backed him up for a 6-1 win. GIRLS NLS GIRLS INVITATIONAL GRANITE FALLS — Kylar Hjelmeland and Claire Stratmoen both finished in the top 5 of Thursday’s New London-Spicer Girls Golf Invitational, leading the Dawson-Boyd Blackjacks to a first-place finish in the 15-team field.
