NEW PRAGUE — The Marshall dance team competed at an invitational at New Prague on Saturday. The varsity kick team took fourth place while the jazz team took fifth after falling shy in a tiebreaker. The junior varsity jazz team also placed fourth in the invitational.

From there, Marshall went on to perform at the Target Center prior to the Timberwolves’ game against the Charlotte Hornets on Monday night.

The Marshall dance team will next compete at Delano High School on Saturday at 10 a.m. The Invitational will also feature Hutchinson, Rocori, Faribault, Belle Plaine, Academy of Holy Angels, Austin, Benilde-St. Margaret’s, Holy Family Catholic, Mound Westonka, Northfield, Orono, Southwest Christian and Simley.
