MARSHALL — Multiple area football teams earned their section seedings on Thursday.

In Section 2AAAA, Marshall earned the No. 6 seed and will face No. 3 seed Faribault on the road on Tuesday at 7 p.m.

In Section 3A, Murray County Central earned the No. 1 seed and will face No. 8 seed Wabasso at home on Tuesday at 7 p.m. Russell-Tyler-Ruthton earned the No. 5 seed and will face No. 4 seed Martin County West on the road on Tuesday at 7 p.m. Tracy-Milroy-Balaton earned the No. 3 seed and will face No. 6 seed Adrian/Ellsworth at home on Tuesday at 7 p.m.

In Section 5A, Minneota earned the No. 1 seed and will face No. 8 seed Yellow Medicine East at home on Tuesday at 7 p.m. Dawson-Boyd earned the No. 4 seed and will face No. 5 seed Lac qui Parle Valley at home on Tuesday at 7 p.m. Lakeview earned the No. 3 seed and will face No. 6 seed Canby at home on Tuesday at 7 p.m.

In Section 3 9-Man, Red Rock Central earned the No. 4 seed and will face No. 5 seed Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda at home on Tuesday at 7 p.m. Westbrook-Walnut Grove earned the No. 6 seed and will face No. 3 seed Edgerton on the road on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
