AMATEUR BASEBALL: Marshall A’s to host Corn Belt League Playoffs

MARSHALL — The Marshall A’s will be hosting the four-team Corn Belt League Playoffs starting tonight taking on Wabasso at Legion Field with first pitch at 7:30 p.m. The A’s will also host either Sacred Heart or Granite Falls on Friday starting at 7:30 p.m. There will also be two games at Legion Field on Saturday afternoon beginning at 1:30 p.m. with the championship game starting at 4:30 p.m. If a second championship game is necessary, that will take place on Sunday starting at 1:30 p.m. The complete bracket can be found at MarshallAsBaseball.com.

Per Corn Belt League rules, admission will be charged for the tournament. Wednesday and Friday game prices are $5 for adults and $3 for youth, ages 12-17.
