TUESDAY PREP ROUNDUP: Canby falls to Wheaton
WHEATON — The Canby girls basketball team fell to Wheaton 52-43 on Tuesday.
Hannah Jelen led the way for the Lancers with 17 points while Kayelee Johnson added seven and Maya Wente had five. Jelen and Wente led in rebounds with seven each while Johnson led in assists with four.
Canby will face No. 4 YME in the Section 3A tournament on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. in Montevideo.

Blake Schmitz led the way for the Rebels with 16 points while Brayden Ahlers, Dylan Johnson and Chant Mitchell each added six. Chant Mitchell led in rebounds with six while Johnson led in assists with four.
