ALEXANDRIA - The Minnesota Achievement Championships were held for swimmers with a verifiable time that is slower than a “MRC” (regional) time standard on Feb. 23-24 at four locations in Minnesota. SSC attended the Minnesota Achievement Championship meet in Alexandria where over 250 swimmers competed. SSC had two athletes competing in 14 individual events. Of those events, SSC had four personal bests and six Top 8 finishes.

Six Minnesota Regional Championships were held for swimmers with a “MRC” time standard or faster but slower than the “CHAMP” (state) time standard over the weekend. SSC attended the Minnesota Regional Championship meet in Chaska where over 350 swimmers competed. SSC had 12 athletes competing in 60 individual events and one relay teams. Of those events, SSC had 49 personal bests, 24 Top 8 finishes, and 10 new national “A” times.
