MARSHALL — Two area athletes made the Class A All-State baseball team.

Wabasso senior Nick Altermatt batted .479 as a senior with 29 RBI, collecting 34 hits on the season. He finished with a 6-2 record and a 0.92 ERA, striking out 99 batters in 53.1 innings of work.

Alex Pohlen finished the season with a .491 batting average for Minneota, adding 18 RBI and 28 runs scored. He collected 26 hits this season, including two home runs, one triple and eight doubles.
