To the editor: I am supporting Anita Gaul for State Senate. Anita was born and raised in southwest Minnesota. Walker is a passionate advocate for children, for Marshall Public Schools and for the Marshall community, demonstrated with community volunteer and committee work and active participation in the Marshall Parent Teacher Association. To the editor: Live performances are something that allows people to escape reality for a little while and just sit and enjoy something that is going on in front of them. For those few hours, no one has to worry about bills, work, homework, or any other things that need to get done. Live theatre lets people be transported into a different world with zany characters and wacky storylines that can provide commentary on many different things. To the Editor: When thinking about tax policy, thinking about what revenue stream is the fairest and based upon people’s ability to pay is extremely important.
