COTTONWOOD — A 47-year-old woman was cited for driving after cancellation in a traffic incident at 6:30 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of 360th Street and Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A kitten was reported found in an animal complaint incident at 5:33 a.m. Thursday on the 900 block of West College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A cat was reported found in an animal complaint incident at 8:50 p.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of West Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 52-year-old man was arrested on a warrant at 6:44 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of West College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Theft of an EBT card was reported at 3:52 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of North Seventh Street, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD — Damage to a city park was reported at 10:54 a.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of West Second Street South, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said. Railroad ties had been thrown down a playground slide, damaging the slide, the Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A campaign sign was reported stolen at 6:51 a.m. Wednesday on the 900 block of Willow Avenue, Marshall Police said.
