MARSHALL — A dog brought to the kennel in an animal complaint at 2:06 p.m. Saturday on the 1100 block of East College Drive was later released to its owner, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A theft reported at 12:31 p.m. Saturday on the 700 block of South First Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Four people were arrested in an incident reported at 1:42 a.m. Saturday on the 100 block of West Greeley Street, Marshall Police said. A Marshall woman, 32, was arrested for sale of drugs; a Marshall man, 28, was arrested for drug possession; a St. Cloud man, 34, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia; and a Ruthton woman, 36, was arrested for possession of hypodermic needles, Police said.
MARSHALL — Child abuse was reported at 4:09 p.m. Friday on the 800 block of West Marshall Street, Marshall Police said.
