MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 18, was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and having an incorrect address on her driver’s license; and a Marshall woman, 18, was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana in an incident reported at 11:04 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Carrow Street and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
