MARSHALL — A Ghent man, 20, was cited for a stop sign violation at 4:14 p.m. Sunday on the 300 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 23, was arrested for domestic assault at 1:19 p.m. Sunday on the 400 block of South Second Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall motorist was cited for speeding at 12:30 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of East College Drive and Market Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A suspicious person was reported at 12:52 a.m. Sunday on the 300 block of South Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A 33-year-old man was cited for not having proof of insurance in a traffic stop at 10:40 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of East Main Street and North First Street, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD — A report is pending on burglary at 9:30 p.m. Saturday on the 300 block of Front Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A Bremerton, Washington, male was cited for speeding at 5:02 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 8, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A juvenile reported as a runaway at 4:06 p.m. Saturday on the 300 block of South Fifth Street was later located, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL — A 2009 GMC driven by a 17-year-old boy and a 2008 GMC driven by a 17-year-old girl were involved in a property damage accident at 3:22 p.m. Friday at the intersection of East College Drive and Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.

GHENT — A report is pending on a personal injury accident at 2:38 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of North Chapman Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
