COTTONWOOD — a Sacred Heart woman, 27, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic stop at 1:23 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 10, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

COTTONWOOD — A South Dakota man, 39, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic stop at 12:33 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and 290th Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
