Southwest Minnesota State University held its 30th annual University Gala on Friday night, bringing community members together to support scholarships for SMSU students. Over the years, proceeds from the Gala have helped award $900,000 in scholarships. The evening’s events included performances by students, like the SMSU Jazz Band (above), as well as dinner, an online silent auction, and interactive games and entertainment.
