Minnesota West will host Program Shadowing Xtravaganza Four programs will be highlighted at the Minnesota West Community and Technical College’s Canby campus on March 16, from 8 a.m.-7 p.m. Prospective students will have the opportunity to connect and explore one or all of the available programs: Diesel Technology, Dental Assistant, Electrician, and Wind Energy Technology. Schmidt awarded KCACTF Gold Medallion Southwest Minnesota State University Theater Professor Nadine Purvis Schmidt has been awarded the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival (KCACTF) Gold Medallion Recognition, the most prestigious award given by KCACTF. There are eight KCACTF regions in the United States. SMSU is in Region 5, which includes college theatre programs in Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, North and South Dakota. Mount Marty announces dean’s list Mount Marty University in Yankton, S.D., announced the fall 2022 dean’s list honorees. The dean’s list honoree at Mount Marty University is defined as a full-time undergraduate student completing a full-time load of graded coursework with a minimum term grade-point average of 3.5. MSU, Mankato has graduation Minnesota State University, Mankato awarded 2,193 degrees to 1,936 students at the end of the fall 2022 semester.
