MPD investigating Tuesday hit-and-run

MARSHALL — Marshall Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run incident on Tuesday. A pedestrian was hospitalized in Sioux Falls after being struck by the vehicle on Minnesota Highway 23 near Saratoga Street, Police said in a Wednesday news release. The collision was reported around 1:55 p.m. Tuesday. Police said the suspect vehicle in the incident, possibly a newer white SUV or sedan, stopped for a short time on Highway 23, and then left traveling north on Saratoga Street.
