Dawson-Boyd 12, Benson 9 BENSON — The Dawson-Boyd baseball team rallied late for five runs in its final plate appearance to take the lead and hang on for the comeback 12-9 win over Benson on the road Monday night. Heading into the top of the seventh inning facing a 9-7 deficit, the Blackjacks scored a pair of runs to tie the score up, and still added another three for their first lead of the day, which also was enough to seal the win.
