Life under Trump Administration not so rosy

To the editor:

The economy is in shambles, grocery prices are up, car insurance, home and medical insurance are going up as much as 300% in some areas. What is Trump worried about? The Super Bowl halftime entertainment, Bad Bunny, who is an American citizen. I believe Republicans call that going woke. Then just to add to the fire, Trump is sending 20 billion dollars to Argentina to help their economy. Oh, and by the way, China is buying soybeans from them instead of the USA.

Last year under President Joe Biden, China bought 13 billion dollars of soybeans from America, this year under Trump, zero — the big goose egg. Why is that you ask? Tariffs. If you voted for Trump then you should not be surprised, this same thing happened in his first term, and the tax payers were on the hook for a 28 billion dollar bailout for farmers, now that is what you call socialism. Exactly what you accused President Biden of.

Throw all this on top of cutting the Affordable Care Act subsidies, which is going to eliminate 20 million people from health care and raise prices for the rest of us. That is after Trump and his cronies eliminated women’s health care rites all together. Then Trump sends the ICE out to arrest American citizens with no criminal record and put in Alligator Alley and El Salvador, because they are brown and black. No arrest warrants or due process needed. The Nazis did this in Germany, when people were put in concentration camps and sent to the gas chamber, simply because they were Jewish.

Tom Homan (ICE leader) is on video tape taking 50 thousand dollars from under cover FBI agents to get government contracts, but AG Bondi says nothing illegal about that — except Homan didn’t pay taxes on the tax payer-funded bribe. Mr. Homan, If you are looking for criminals, maybe look in your own house, you’ll find one there. So much for the law and order Republican party.
