Crime for June 27
MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of disorderly conduct charges against a 27-year-old Marshall man, in an incident at 9:35 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Birch Street and Village Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 22-year-old woman was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license, in connection with a two-vehicle crash at 7:12 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported in the crash, Police said.
BALATON — A Garvin woman, 53, was cited for speeding at 5:37 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of 140th Street and Lyon County Road 7, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A hit-and-run incident was reported at 2:23 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of South Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A report is pending on an order for protection incident at 2:06 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of South Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 59, was arrested for driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety, not having proof of insurance, and having an unregistered vehicle in a traffic stop at 1:16 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of North High Street and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
MINNEOTA — A violation of an order for protection was reported at 11:09 a.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of East First Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.
TRACY — An animal complaint was reported at 9:42 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of South Fourth Street and Pine Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
MARSHALL — A report is pending on a hit-and-run incident at 7:33 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 6 and U.S. Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
