MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of cannabis possession and possession with intent to sell charges against a Marshall man, 19, in a traffic stop at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of South Second Street and Grimes Street, Marshall Police said.
