GREEN VALLEY — Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday night on Minnesota Highway 23, the Minnesota State Patrol said. A Wood Lake woman and a Maynard man were both taken to Avera Marshall Medical Center with non life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol said.

A 2011 BMW driven by Matthew Allen Vallejo, 20, was northbound on Highway 23 and a 2017 Dodge driven by Kathleen Jacqueline Preuss, 59, was southbound on Highway 23 at the time of the crash. The State Patrol reported that one vehicle lost control and went across the center line, colliding with the other vehicle. The report didn’t specify which of the two vehicles crossed the center line.
