MARSHALL — A 27-year-old man was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic incident at 10:27 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East Main Street and E Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 51-year-old man was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic incident at 9:07 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Drug paraphernalia was turned in to law enforcement and destroyed, in an incident at 5:59 p.m. Wednesday on the 1300 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A threat reported at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Park Avenue is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of intent to escape tax charges against a 54-year-old man in an incident at 2:37 p.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of North Seventh Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 2:14 p.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of Winchester Avenue is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Check fraud reported at 10:21 a.m. Tuesday on the 800 block of West Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
