TAUNTON — A 72-year-old woman was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic incident at 7:59 a.m. Saturday at Lyon County Road 1 and the Lyon/Yellow Medicine County Road, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on an assault at 9:19 p.m. Friday on the 600 block of West Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on a two-vehicle crash at 6:21 p.m. Sunday on the 2200 block of 290th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

BALATON — A motorcyclist received minor injuries in a one-vehicle crash at 4:57 p.m. Saturday at U.S. Highway 14 and Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said. The motorcycle slid on gravel in the crash, the Sheriff’s Office said.
