MARSHALL — A 30-year-old man turned himself in on a Lyon County warrant at 7:43 a.m. Tuesday at the Law Enforcement Center, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — Property damage was reported at 2:44 a.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Third Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
