MARSHALL — A 38-year-old man was cited for driving after revocation at 1:34 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 6 and Lyon County Road 9, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A juvenile female was bitten by a puppy in an incident reported at 7:23 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said. The puppy was placed on a 10-day in-home quarantine, Police said.

TRACY — Burglary was reported at 6:23 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Third Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — Parties in a domestic incident at 5:51 p.m. Wednesday on the 700 block of East College Drive were separated, Marshall Police said. A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of charges against a 25-year-old woman, and a report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of charges against a 30-year-old man, Police said.

TRACY — A family matter was reported at 4:56 p.m. Wednesday on the 800 block of Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A 41-year-old man was arrested on a Lyon County warrant at 4:10 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 33-year-old man was arrested on a Department of Corrections order at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 44-year-old man was cited for a hands-free device violation at 2:11 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East College Drive and North Whitney Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 63-year-old man was cited for a hands-free device violation at 1:47 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of North U.S. Highway 59 and Channel Parkway, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 8:39 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Village Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
