MARSHALL — A personal injury accident involving a motor vehicle vs. bicyclist was reported at 7:46 a.m. Wednesday on the intersection of Sunrise Lane and East College Drive, Marshall Police said. The bicyclist was taken to the Avera emergency room with possible minor injuries, Police said.
