MARSHALL — A 38-year-old man was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic incident at 11:42 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 6 and Lyon County Road 9, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A 36-year-old man was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic incident at 10:07 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of West Redwood Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An adult female was bitten by a cat at 6:42 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of North High Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 28-year-old woman was served a trespassing notice in an incident at 5:44 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of North Seventh Street, Marshall Police said. A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of domestic charges on two women, ages, 27 and 28, in the incident, Police said.

TRACY — An assault incident was reported at 2;09 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of East Fifth Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MINNEOTA — A suspicious incident was reported at 1:17 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of North Monroe Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A stolen vehicle reported at 12:17 p.m. Tuesday on the 1300 block of Birch Street was recovered in St. Cloud, Marshall Police said. A report was sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of auto theft charges against a 19-year-old man, Police said.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 11:55 a.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of West Marshall Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Theft of a catalytic converter was reported at 11:41 a.m. Tuesday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
