MARSHALL — A 24-year-old man was arrested for drug possession, of drug paraphernalia and violating a domestic abuse no-contact order at 8:18 a.m. Saturday on the 2600 block of Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
