MARSHALL — A 29-year-old man was arrested for violating conditions of release, driving after suspension and possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in an incident reported at 10:25 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of North Sixth Street and West Marshall Street, Marshall Police said.
COTTONWOOD — A 65-year-old woman was arrested for domestic assault and interfering with an emergency call at 9:26 p.m. Thursday on the 300 block of Lindsay Drive, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — Fraud reported at 11:52 a.m. Thursday on the 2800 block of U.S. Highway 59 is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — An incident of a 43-year-old man failing to appear in court at 10:54 a.m. Thursday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
