Crime and Accidents for May 9

MARSHALL — An adult male was cited for driving after suspension and failure to provide proof of insurance in a traffic incident reported at 11:55 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Village Drive and Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A broken pickup window was reported at 6:32 p.m. Monday, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — Burglary was reported at 3:58 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of West Third Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MINNEOTA — Trespassing was reported at 2:54 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of West Fifth Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 1:43 p.m. Monday on the 500 block of Lawrence Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 12:59 p.m. Monday on the 900 block of Silvervine Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A hit- and-run incident was reported at 10:55 a.m. Monday on the 1200 block of Susan Drive, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — Truancy was reported at 10:31 a.m. Monday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — Trespassing was reported at 9:23 a.m. Monday on the 1000 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police siad.

MARSHALL — A boys’ style bicycle reported found at 8:58 a.m. Monday at the intersection of North Third Street and East College Drive was taken to the impound, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

HENDRICKS — A Hendricks man was injured in a motorcycle crash reported at 6:54 p.m. Monday on Minnesota Highway 271, the Minnesota State Patrol said. A 2004 Honda motorcycle driven by Michel Muston, 21, of Hendricks was northbound on Highway 271 at the time of the crash. Muston lost control of the motorcycle and crashed, the State Patrol said. Muston was taken to the Hendricks hospital with non life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol said. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department and Hendricks Ambulance also responded at the scene.

GHENT — One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash reported at 4:26 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Minnesota Highway 68 and 330th Street, the Minnesota State Patrol said. A 2014 Kia driven by Anna Zacho, 24, of Dawson, was traveling southbound on Highway 68 at the time of the crash. Zacho was slowing for traffic in the area, when a southbound 2006 GMC driven by Adam Myhre, 18, of Minneota, collided with the Kia, the State Patrol said. Zacho went to Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center with non life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol said.

MARSHALL — A report is not complete on a property damage accident reported at 2:11 p.m. Monday at the intersection of North Third Street and West Redwood Street, Marshall Police said.
