Crime and Accidents for May 10

MARSHALL — A black longhaired cat was taken to the kennel in an animal complaint reported at 8:23 a.m. Wednesday on the 1300 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An adult male turned himself in on a Lyon County warrant at 6:52 a.m. Wednesday at the Law Enforcement Center, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A domestic incident was reported at 12:23 a.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of Hollett Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

LYND — An adult female was cited for speeding at 10:44 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 30, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — An adult male turned himself in on a Department of Corrections warrant in at 9:56 p.m. Tuesday at the Law Enforcement Center, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL — Theft of lawn ornaments was reported at 9:09 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of West High Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — An adult male was cited for speeding at 8:41 p.m. Tuesday on the 1900 block of Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TRACY — Burglary was reported at 6:54 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of Sixth Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 6:10 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of South Sixth Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL — Theft of lawn ornaments was reported at 5:28 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of Hill Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A school bus stop arm violation was reported at 4:22 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of North High Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Damage to several mailboxes reported Tuesday afternoon on U.S. Highway 59 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said. Five incidents of damage to mailboxes were reported between 1:52 and 3:23 p.m., at addresses along Highway 59 north of Marshall, the Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — An adult male was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant in an incident reported at 8:45 a.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

BALATON — One person was injured in a one-vehicle rollover accident reported at 11:04 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of 150th Avenue and Lyon County Road 13, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said. A passenger in the vehicle was taken to the emergency room by ambulance, with unknown injuries, the Sheriff’s Department said. The vehicle was towed, the Sheriff’s Department said.
