MARSHALL – Three people were cited for minor consumption in an incident reported at 1:11 a.m. Saturday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A party was served a trespass notice in an incident reported at 7:56 p.m. Friday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall male was arrested for domestic assault in a public disturbance incident reported at 10:16 p.m. Friday on the 600 block of Kendall Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Shoplifting was reported in a theft incident at 7:40 p.m. Friday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of assault charges on a male in an incident reported at 4:49 p.m. Friday on the 1100 block of Winchester Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A criminal sex incident reported at 3:43 p.m. Friday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A cell phone found was found in an incident reported at 3:15 p.m. Friday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A party was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic related incident reported at 3:05 p.m. Friday on the 500 block of South Whitney Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A party was cited for dog at large in an animal complaint incident reported at 2:32 p.m. Friday on the 1100 block of Holabird Circle, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of order for protection violation charges in an incident reported at 1:57 p.m. Friday on the 1400 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of shoplifting charges in a theft incident reported at 11:17 a.m. Friday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A fence was struck and damaged by an unknown vehicle in a hit- and-run incident reported at 10:53 a.m. Friday on the 200 block of Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of assault charges in an incident reported at 10:17 a.m. Friday near the intersection of 4th Street and Stephen Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A 23-year-old was released to a responsible party in an incident reported at 2:36 a.m. Sunday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A 27-year-old man was released to a responsible party in an incident reported at 5:24 a.m. Sunday on the intersection of Viking Drive and James Avenue, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL – A 1998 Dodge driven by a Tyler man and a 2011 GMC driven by a Slayton man were involved in a property damage accident reported at 5:11 p.m. Saturday on the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A 2011 Chevrolet driven by a Marshall man and a 2002 Chrysler driven by a Marshall man were involved in a property damage accident reported at 8:35 p.m. Saturday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY – A Ghent man was injured in a personal injury accident reported at 11:42 p.m. Saturday on the intersection of Highway 68 and Lyon County Road 8, Minnesota State Patrol said. Michael Gladis of Ghent was a passenger in a 2005 Chevrolet driven by a Lake Elmo man, 28, and the vehicle entered the right ditch off of 68 and rolled, Patrol said. Gladis was ejected from the vehicle and was taken to Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center with serious injuries, Patrol said. The Lyon County Sheriff, Ghent Fire Department and Marshall Ambulance assisted at the scene.
