Lynd Public School Board Chair Suzie Rauch has been convicted of a third-degree DWI and has been placed on supervised probation for two years, according to Lyon County court records. Rauch was charged with two gross misdemeanors and one misdemeanor on April 26 in Marshall by the Marshall Police Department. The two gross misdemeanor charges were for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours.
