RENVILLE COUNTY — A 64-year-old rural Redwood Falls man was arrested Feb. 27 in Franklin following a high-speed chase that ended after the use of tire deflation devices. The Renville County Sheriff’s Office received a Feb. 27 report from Renville County Probation that a client, Thomas Earl McDonald was threatening to kill his probation officer, according to a Renville County Sheriff’s Office news release.
