Man injured in Balaton hit and run incident
BALATON — A rural Balaton man was arrested in connection with a hit and run incident that injured a pedestrian Saturday night, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said. The incident is still under investigation, the Sheriff’s Office said. Around 11:20 p.m. Saturday, the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a hit and run on the 200 block of South Central Avenue in Balaton. A 31-year-old man received minor injuries when he was struck by a Ford pickup that fled the scene, the Sheriff’s Office said.
