Should I keep encouraging my parents’ divorce?

Dear Annie: I have never been ignorant to the fact that, in my opinion, my parents’ marriage sucks. My dad is and has always been controlling and domineering. And my mom just exists and really believes it is her job to just be submissive. (These are people married since the 1950s.) Dear Heloise: I read a hint about what a lady did with her purse when she went shopping. I wanted to add one additional safety measure. When I go shopping, I usually carry a notebook with a pen attached that has my shopping list. I also carry my phone, which has a magnetic case and a magnetic wallet attached that carries my ID, a couple of credit cards, and $20; this all fits in a jean pocket. Dear Heloise: I’ve been having issues with my underwear getting stained, and I’ve tried bleach to get the stains out. Dear Annie: I’ve read a few letters in your column in which parents wrote about two of their children arguing and wanting there to be peace.
